The 7500 series RTG can be sealed after successful on-site calibration to be protected against any access to the electronics compartment and any changes of software settings. If the 7500 series RTG is used for custody transfer or inventory control, a 4590 Tank Side Monitor can offer the following benefits:

• Compensation for any temperature influence on the tank shell height
• Compensation for vertical movement of the gauge reference point due to the hydrostatic tank deformation
• 24 VDC power supply to a 7500 series RTG
• Communication with up to 6 devices via HART Multi-drop

On-site testing of the custody transfer RTG system must be undertaken in compliance with the applicable regulatory standards.
